fa گزارش فنی: بررسی تاثیر جداسازی آب شرب از آب مصرفی فضای سبز، در میزان کاهش مصرف آب و کاهش هزینه‌ها (مطالعه موردی شهر قاین) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL">آب کالای منحصر به فرد و ماده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای حیاتی است. محدودیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های این ماده حیاتی ظرفیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های سایر منابع حیاتی از جمله غذا، انرژی و حیات وحش را تحت تاثیر قرار می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهد. در برخی از فقیرترین و ثروتمندترین کشورهای جهان سرانه استحصال آب به دلیل مسائل زیست محیطی، افزایش هزینه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها و کمیابی در حال کاهش است. باید در نظر گرفت که توزیع جریان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آبی نیز در سطح جهان نامتعادل است و با توزیع جمعیت تناسب ندارد. کشور ما نیز از این امر مستثنی نبوده و به خصوص در استان خراسان جنوبی، که دارای کمترین میانگین بارندگی نیز می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد، گام<span dir="LTR">‌</span>هایی در راستای کاهش مصرف آب شرب در فضاهای سبز شهری برداشته شده و شهرداری قاین نیز اقدام به اجرای طرح تفکیک آب شرب از آب مصرفی فضای سبز و استفاده از آب<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های غیر شرب جهت آبیاری فضای سبز نموده است. در این تحقیق طرح تفکیک آب شرب از آب مصرفی فضای سبز شهر قاین از دو دیدگاه اقتصادی و میزان آب شرب مصرفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین کاهش مصرف آب شرب در سال 88 با حدود 67 درصد می‌باشد. سال 90 حدود 45 درصد و سال 89 حدود 8/32 درصد کاهش مصرف آب شرب شهری را نشان می‌دهد. در زمینه کاهش هزینه‌های صورت گرفته که یکی از عوامل مهم اجرای این سیستم در بدنه شهرداری‌هاست باید گفت که تنها در سه سال اول اجرای این طرح تقریباً مبلغ 2298 میلیون ریال صرفه‌جویی صورت گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;">Water is a unique resource and a vital material. Limitation of this vital material influences the capacity of other vital resources like food, energy and wild life. The per capita extraction of water is decreasing in some of the poorest and richest countries of the world due to environmental reasons, increasing costs and scarcity of water. It has to be considered that the distribution of water flow is not uniform in the world and water flow is not distributed proportional with population. Iran is not an exemption to this rule several steps have been taken to decrease the use of drinking water for irrigation purposes and use non-drinkable water especially in South Khorasan province which has the least average of rainfall. Steps toward decreasing consumption of drinkable water has been taken at green space. Also, the city hall of Qaen has started the enforcement of a plans of drinking water separation from water consumption that is used for the irrigation of plants and use of non-drinkable water for watering the trees, grass and the plants. In this research, plan of drinkable water separation from water consumption of the city of Qaen&#39s green space from two economic sides and measuring of drinking water consumption are considered. The result shows that, the most deduction of drinking water consumption in the year 1388 is about 67 percent. In the year 1390 about 45 percent and in the year 1389 about 32.8 percent had a reduction of urban drinking water consumption.
