fa نگاه کمی به پدیده تغییر اقلیم و راهکارهای سازش با آن تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p><span dir="RTL">مقدار آب شیرین موجود به ازای هر نفر در جهان به دلایل مختلفی از جمله افزایش جمعیت، آلودگی آب، برنامه‌ریزی نامناسب آب‌های فرامرزی و عملکرد ناکارآمد سیستم‌های تامین و توزیع آب، روزانه در حال کاهش است. در نتیجه اگر روند فعلی در مصرف آب و شیوه‌های مدیریتی آن ادمه یابد، احتمال درگیری اجتماعی در سراسر جهان برای بحران کمبود آب بخصوص در کشور‌های درحال توسعه افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین </span><span dir="RTL">تغییرات آب و هوا به عنوان یک معضل در توسعه محیط‌زیست، مسائل اقتصادی-اجتماعی، روانی و سیاسی مورد توجه همه کشورهای جهان قرار گرفته است. </span><span dir="RTL">با این سرعت تحولات، مسائل و مشکلات مربوط به بحران آب در جهان متعدد، پیچیده و چالش برانگیز خواهد شد. برای به ثمر رسیدن تلاش‌ها در حل این مشکل نیاز به یک چشم انداز روشن از مقدار آب قابل دسترس در آینده و تقاضای آن و همچنین روش‌های جدید فکر کردن، توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت‌های جدید است. در ابتدا با بررسی مشاهدات و شواهد مبنی بر پتانسیل آب دردسترس، میزان مصرف به تفکیک قاره و ارزیابی‌های گذشته، حال و آینده وضعیت آب جهان بررسی شده است و سپس برای انطباق با پدیده تغییر اقلیم برخی از دستورالعمل‌ها و راهکارهای مهم در قالب یک چهارچوب یکپارچه ارائه شده است.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>The quantity of freshwater available per person in the world has been and continues to decrease due to a combination of factors, including population increase, water pollution, inadequate planning and management of transboundary and other shared waters, and inefficient operation of water supply and distribution systems. Consequently, there is an increasing potential for water scarcity, crisis and associated conflicts around the world in the future, especially in developing regions, if the current trend in water consumption and management practices continues. Climate change as a serious environmental, economic-social, psychological and political concern is also considered globally. In this fast-changing and highly-interconnected world, the problems related to water crisis and conflicts are numerous, complicated and challenging. Efforts to effectively resolve these problems require a clear vision of the future water availability and demand as well as new ways of thinking, developing and implementing water planning and management practices.
