fa بازاندیشیِ زیست‌بوم‌شناختیِ توسعه، آب و انرژی در مرزهای سیاره‌ای (مطالعه موردی: در جستجوی منابع ناشناخته آب و انرژی در ایران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">حرکت، نشانه زیست و نیازمند انرژی است. توجه به واقعیتِ به هم&shy;پیوستگی حوزه&shy;های زیستی <a name="_Hlk206705611">(از سطوح پایه مانند سلول تا سطوح بالاتر و کلانِ بوم&shy;شناسی طبیعی و اجتماعی) </a>همانند راهنمای شناساییِ تنوع حرکت و انرژی در سرزمین عمل می&shy;نماید. تاریخ طولانی حرکت و زیستن در فلات ایران بیانگر پیشینه آمایش سرزمین با محوریت تنوع آبی و آب به مثابه انرژی است که نشان&shy;دهنده سوابق تولید، ذخیره، تقسیم و بهره‌برداری&shy;های جوامع از تنوع انرژی&shy; در سرزمین را است. تغییرات حوزه&shy;های زیستی، تغییرات الگوهای شناسایی و بهره&shy;گیری از انرژی&shy;ها را آشکار می&shy;سازد. تغییرات جمعیت و بافت اجتماعی به مثابه تغییرات زیست&shy;بوم‌شناختی در ایران&shy;زمین بیانگر تغییرات بنیادین در مساله&shy;شناسیِ انرژی و الگوهای حرکت و زیست است. رخداد توسعه در مقیاس زیست&shy;کره، تغییرات اساسی در پیوند انرژی و بوم‌شناسی ایجاد کرده است. بنابراین، <a name="_Hlk126489289">پرسش مقاله این است: تغییرات توسعه&shy;ای در فلات ایران چه تاثیری بر انرژی&shy;شناسی برای حرکت و سامانه‌های زیستی سرزمین داشته است؟ </a>برای پاسخ&shy;گویی، تحلیل کیفی رویکرد حل مساله آب و انرژی در دهه‌های 1340 الی 1360 و مقایسه آن با اولویت&shy;های نقشه جامع علمی کشور<a name="_Hlk206579586"> (مصوب و ابلاغ شده در سال 1389 برای تمامی نهادهای مرتبط) </a>انجام شد. فراموشی آب به مثابه انرژی و تکیه بر فناوری بدون پیوند قوی با زیست&shy;بوم و فرهنگ، روند مسلط است. تغییر این وضعیت نیازمند جایگزینی تحلیل بیوفیزیکی-اجتماعی بجای تحلیل فیزیکی یا بیوفیزیکی انرژی در مرزهای سیاره&shy;ای و زیستی است.</span></span></span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Movement is a sign of life and requires energy.
