fa ارزیابی تطبیقی ادراک جوامع محلی از اثربخشی بندهای خاکی در حوزه های آبخیز با ساختارهای معیشتی متفاوت Comparative Assessment of Local Communities’ Perception of Check Dam Effectiveness in Watersheds with Contrasting Livelihood Structures تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی ادراک جوامع محلی از پیامدهای اجرای پروژه‌های بند خاکی ( اقدامات آبخیزداری) در دو حوزه آبخیز با ساختار اقتصادی - اجتماعی متفاوت شامل خانیک (با اقتصاد مبتنی بر کشاورزی و قنات) و معدن فیروزه (با اقتصاد متکی بر معدن) در استان خراسان رضوی انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد پیمایشی انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته با مقیاس پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت شامل ۲۷ گویه در چهار بعد هیدرولوژیک، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کاهش خسارت سیل جمع‌آوری شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان تأیید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (بالای 75/0) محاسبه گردید. حجم نمونه در خانیک ۹۲ نفر و در معدن فیروزه ۱۰۶ نفر برآورد شد. برای اولویت‌بندی گویه‌ها از آزمون ناپارامتریک فریدمن و برای مقایسه توزیع پاسخ‌های دو جامعه از آزمون دو نمونه‌ای کولموگروف - اسمیرنوف استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در بیش از ۸5 % گویه‌ها (۲۳ گویه از ۲۷ گویه) اختلاف معناداری بین دو جامعه وجود ندارد و بیشترین همگرایی در بعد کاهش خسارت سیل مشاهده شد (همه گویه‌ها در پنج اولویت نخست هر دو حوزه). با این حال، تفاوت‌های معناداری در چهار گویه کلیدی شامل افزایش آبدهی قنوات (X7)، افزایش آبدهی چاه‌های کشاورزی (X6)، افزایش قیمت اراضی زراعی (X3) و اختلاف با ارگان دولتی مجری طرح (X25) بین دو حوزه مشاهده گردید (p<0.05). در خانیک، افزایش آبدهی قنات بالاترین اولویت (رتبه ۱) را داشت، در حالی که در فیروزه در رتبه ۷ قرار گرفت. رضایت کلی در خانیک (2/72 % رضایت بالا) به مراتب بیشتر از فیروزه (صفر درصد رضایت بالا) بود. ادراک جوامع محلی از اثربخشی پروژه‌های آبخیزداری نه تنها به مشخصات فنی سازه‌ها، بلکه به ساختار اقتصادی - اجتماعی و میزان وابستگی معیشت به منابع آب و خاک بستگی دارد. در مناطق با اقتصاد کشاورزی وابسته به قنات، پروژه‌های تغذیه آب زیرزمینی از اولویت و پذیرش بالاتری برخوردارند، در حالی که در مناطق معدن - محور، حتی پروژه‌های موفق فنی ممکن است از دیدگاه جامعه اثربخشی ادراک‌شده پایینی داشته باشند. تقویت مشارکت در نظارت و ارزیابی به عنوان ضعیف‌ترین حلقه مشارکت در هر دو منطقه ضروری است.   <table class="Table" style="width:100.0%; border-collapse:collapse; border:none" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0070c0; width:67%; padding:0in 2px 0in 2px; height:19px; border-top:1px dashed #0070c0; border-right:1px dashed #0070c0; border-left:1px dashed #0070c0" valign="top">This study aimed to comparatively investigate local communities' perception of the outcomes of check dam projects (watershed management measures) in two watersheds with different socio-economic structures—Khanik (agriculture and qanat‑based economy) and Firuzeh Mine (mining‑based economy) in Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. This applied research employed a descriptive‑analytical survey method. Data were collected using a researcher‑made questionnaire with a five‑point Likert scale comprising 27 items across four dimensions: hydrological, economic, social, and flood damage reduction. Content validity was confirmed by experts, and reliability was established using Cronbach's alpha (>0.75). Sample sizes were 92 in Khanik and 106 in Firuzeh Mine. The Friedman non‑parametric test was used for ranking items, and the two‑sample Kolmogorov‑Smirnov test was applied to compare response distributions between the two communities. No significant differences were found in over 85% of items (23 out of 27), with the strongest convergence observed in the flood damage reduction dimension (all items ranked among the top five in both watersheds). However, significant differences were detected in four key items: "increased qanat discharge" (X7), "increased agricultural well discharge" (X6), "increased agricultural land price" (X3), and "conflict with the implementing government agency" (X25) (p<0.05). In Khanik, increased qanat discharge ranked first, whereas it ranked seventh in Firuzeh Mine. Overall satisfaction was substantially higher in Khanik (72.2% high satisfaction) compared to Firuzeh Mine (0% high satisfaction). Local communities' perceived effectiveness of watershed management projects depends not only on technical specifications but also on the socio‑economic structure and the degree of livelihood dependence on water and soil resources. In qanat‑dependent agricultural areas, groundwater recharge projects receive higher priority and acceptance, whereas in mining‑dependent areas, even technically successful projects may yield low perceived effectiveness.
