fa ارزیابی سری‌زمانی NDVI سنجنده Sentinel-2 در پاسخ به پخش سیلاب آبخوان سُه Sentinel‑2 NDVI time‑series assessment of vegetation response to floodwater spreading in the Soh Aquifer تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research ارزیابی کمی و بلندمدت اثرات بوم‌شناختی عملیات پخش سیلاب بر پوشش گیاهی در ایران به‌دلیل نبود داده‌های میدانی پیوسته، همواره با چالش مواجه بوده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارزیابی کمی اثر عملیات پخش سیلاب بر شاخص تفاضل نرمال‌شده پوشش گیاهی (NDVI) در آبخوان سُه (میمه، استان اصفهان) طی بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۴، با استفاده از سری‌های زمانی سنجنده سنتینل-۲ و مقایسه با یک منطقه شاهد همگن و مجاور است. برای این منظور؛ سری‌های زمانی ماهانه (۱۱۰ مشاهده)، فصلی و سالانه NDVI از تصاویر سطح L2A سنتینل-۲ با تفکیک مکانی ۱۰ متر و پوشش ابری کم‌تر از ۵ درصد، از طریق ساخت ترکیب‌های میانه در سامانه Google Earth Engine استخراج شدند. برای تحلیل روندها از رگرسیون خطی حداقل مربعات معمولی (OLS) و شیب مقاوم تایل - سن استفاده شد. هم‌چنین به‌دلیل عدم نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها (تأیید شده با آزمون شاپیرو - ویلک)، آزمون ناپارامتریک من - ویتنی برای مقایسه آماری توزیع NDVI بین دو منطقه به‌کار گرفته شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین بلندمدت NDVI در عرصه پخش سیلاب (078/0) در مقایسه با منطقه شاهد (079/0) اختلافی ناچیز داشت و آزمون من- ویتنی، تفاوت آماری معناداری را بین دو منطقه نشان نداد. با وجود این، عرصه پخش سیلاب نوسانات زمانی کم‌تری (انحراف معیار 011/0 در برابر 012/0 و ضریب تغییرات 141/0 در برابر 152/0) و حداکثر NDVI بالاتری (119/0 در برابر 115/0) نسبت به منطقه شاهد داشت. تحلیل روند در مقیاس‌های سالانه، فصلی و ماهانه، هیچ روند افزایشی یا کاهشی معناداری را در هیچ‌یک از مناطق آشکار نکرد. به‌طور کلی، اگرچه پخش سیلاب در بازه ۹ ساله نتوانسته است میانگین شاخص سبزینگی را به‌طور معنادار افزایش دهد اما با کاهش نوسانات زمانی و افزایش حداکثر سبزینگی، موجب بهبود تاب‌آوری و پایداری بوم‌سازگان‌ در برابر تنش‌های اقلیمی شده است. Long-term quantitative assessment of the ecological impacts of floodwater spreading on vegetation in Iran has consistently been challenged by the lack of continuous in-situ field data. The primary objective of this study was to quantitatively evaluate the effect of floodwater spreading on the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) in the Soh aquifer (Meymeh, Isfahan Province) over the period 2015–2024, using Sentinel-2 time-series data and comparing the treated area with a homogeneous adjacent control site. To this end, monthly (110 observations), seasonal, and annual NDVI time series were derived from Sentinel-2 L2A imagery (10 m spatial resolution, <5% cloud cover) by generating median composites within the Google Earth Engine platform. Trend analyses were performed using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) linear regression and the robust Theil–Sen slope estimator. Moreover, due to the non-normal distribution of the data (confirmed by the Shapiro–Wilk test), the non-parametric Mann–Whitney U test was employed for statistical comparison of NDVI distributions between the two areas. The results indicated that the long-term mean NDVI in the floodwater spreading area (0.078) differed only negligibly from that of the control area (0.079), and the Mann–Whitney U test revealed no statistically significant difference between the two areas (U = 7959.5, p = 0.057). Nevertheless, the spreading area exhibited lower temporal variability (standard deviation: 0.011 vs. 0.012; coefficient of variation: 0.141 vs. 0.152) and a higher maximum NDVI (0.119 vs. 0.115) compared to the control site. Trend analysis at annual, seasonal, and monthly scales revealed no significant increasing or decreasing trends in either area (all p-values > 0.05).
