fa ارزیابی دقت مقادیربارش روزانه PERSIANN,ERA5,GPM,TRMM دراستان خراسان رضوی Evaluation of accuracy of daily rainfall values TRMM, GPM, ERA5, and PERSIANN in Razavi Khorasan Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سنجش از دور به‌عنوان ابزاری قدرتمند در علم هواشناسی قادر است خلأها و شکاف‌های موجود در اندازه‌گیری‌های زمینی را پوشش داده و بستری یک پارچه برای تحلیل‌های مکانی فراهم نماید، اما با توجه به نتایج متفاوت به‌دست آمده، از دقت و عملکرد سنجنده‌ها در مناطق مختلف، ضروری است نسبت به ارزیابی و اعتبارسنجی محصولات آن‌ها در هر محدوده به‌طور مستقل اقدام شود. این مطالعه عملکرد بارندگی روزانه محصولات TRMM، GPM، ERA5 و PERSIANN را در استان خراسان رضوی، در مقابل مشاهدات 19 باران‌سنج ثبات وزارت نیرو برای سه سال خشک، متوسط و مرطوب ارزیابی می‌کند. دراین راستا برای استخراج داده‌های بارش روزانه از چهار پایگاه داده فوق، تعداد 113,880 تصویر فراخوانی شد، هم‌چنین، برای ارزیابی دقت از شاخص‌های آماری CC، RMSE و PBias و برای تشخیص توان عملکرد، از ضریب کلین گوپتا (KGE) و شاخص توافق (d)، در مقیاس ایستگاهی و منطقه‌ای استفاده شد. از شاخص‌های طبقه‌بندی POD، FAR و CSI نیز برای ارزیابی دقت داده‌های ارائه شده در تشخیص روزهای همراه با پدیده بارش، استفاده و اثر ارتفاع بر تغییرات پارامترهای فوق ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مقیاس ایستگاهی، مقادیر بارش روزانه پایگاه داده ERA5 با مقادیر 68/0CC≤ ≥2/0، 7/3RMSE≤≥2 و شاخص‌های عملکرد 26/0KGE≥ و 68/0d≥ نسبت به سایر محصولات، دارای دقت و عملکرد بهتری است. در خصوص معیار‌های طبقه‌بندی، ERA5، دارای POD و CSI به‌ترتیب بالاتر از 68/0 و 3/0 است و TRMM تنها در شاخص FAR دارای برتری نسبی است. افزایش ارتفاع تأثیر متفاوت بر شاخص‌های آماری و عملکردی محصولات مورد ارزیابی داشته و از روند ثابتی تبعیت نمی‌کند. در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که از داده‌های بارش روزانه ERA5 در تحلیل‌های آب و هواشناسی و مدل‌های هیدرولوژیکی که زمان واقعی در انجام مطالعات برای آن‌ها ضرورت ندارد، در این منطقه می‌توان استفاده نمود. Remote sensing, as a powerful tool in meteorology, is able to cover the gaps in ground measurements and provide a uniform platform for spatial analysis. However, due to the different results obtained from the accuracy and performance of sensors in different regions, it is necessary to evaluate and validate their products in each region independently. This study, therefore, aims to evaluate the performance of the satellite precipitation products (SPPs) of PERSIANN, GPM, ERA5, and TRMM in a daily rainfall scale over the Razavi Khorasan Province, against the ground observations collected from the 19 rain gauges. In this regard, 113,880 images were called to extract daily rainfall data from the above four databases. To evaluate the SPPs, statistical indices including correlation coefficient (CC), root mean square of the errors (RMSE), and percentage of bias (PBias), Kline Gupta Efficiency (KGE), and Agreement Index (d) were used. Moreover, POD, FAR, and CSI classification indices were used to evaluate the accuracy of the data presented in the indication of days with rainfall events. The climate effect was also investigated by incorporating the change in latitude. Our results revealed better performance for the ERA5 dataset with 0.2≤ CC ≤ 0.68, 2≤ RMSE ≤ 3.7, and its performance indicators have KGE ≥ 0.26 and d ≥ 0.68. Regarding classification indices, ERA5 has POD and CSI higher than 0.68 and 0.3, respectively, and TRMM has relative superiority only in the FAR index. At the level of the studied area, the index analysis shows the better performance of the ERA5 database compared to other studied data. Based on the results of this research, the increase in elevation has improved some statistical indicators in some products, whereas, in some other cases, changes in elevation have a negative effect on the accuracy.
